How a hire works

Every account confirms an email address. Later sign-ins also ask for a six-digit code.

New accounts stay closed until the address is confirmed. Later sign-ins ask for a second code.

Workers set an hourly rate, competencies, and hours. They capture a live photo, attach an ID or passport, and wait for approval.

A monthly or annual plan opens the list. It never shows more than ten providers, and only those averaging four stars or better.
